1. WELCOME MESSAGE

We are delighted to announce the 2^nd International Conference on Modern Mechanics and Applications (ICOMMA2025), scheduled to take place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from October 17-19, 2025. The ICOMMA2025 conference will be jointly organized by Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HUTECH) and the Vietnam Association for Mechanics (VAM). The event will be hosted at the Hitech Park Campus of HUTECH. The primary aim of this conference is to bring together academicians, engineers, scientists, researchers, mathematicians, and experts to share global perspectives on modern mechanics, with a particular focus on Mechanics 4.0 in the context of the fourth industrial revolution. Discussions will encompass a wide range of multidisciplinary topics, including modeling, materials, sensors, additive manufacturing, and AI algorithms.

Ho Chi Minh City, known for its beauty, is eager to extend a warm welcome to all attendees. 6. SUBMISSION & PUBLICATIONS

- Conference papers in English should not exceed 10 A4 pages and must follow the conference format. All submissions must be original and not published elsewhere or under consideration for publication during the review period. Scientific papers will undergo peer review according to the conference process. Detailed instructions for formatting the paper are available on Submission Guidelines at: http://icomma.org/

- The Manuscripts of ICOMMA2025 will be published on Conference Proceedings of ICOMMA 2025 with ISBN. Selected high-quality ones will be published in special issues of indexed journals: Vietnam Journal of Mechanics, Materials and Emerging Technologies for Sustainability (METS), Springer journal with Scopus indexed (APC required).

7. CONFERENCE FEE & REGISTRATION

• Domestic attendees will have the conference fee waived by 50%.
• The above costs DO NOT include travel and accommodation expenses of delegates during the conference.
